Colored Rubber Base (Semi-Permanent Polish) – Low Viscosity & Intense Pigmentation, 13 ml

This Colored Rubber Base is a builder semi-permanent polish featuring medium flexibility and a low (fluid) viscosity. Formulated with a very high pigment level, it offers flawless coverage and high durability. It is ideal for the apex technique (no-filing) on both natural nails and gel structures, ensuring rapid self-leveling without adding unsightly volume.

Main Characteristics

Rapid Leveling: The fluid texture settles itself, significantly shortening working time.

Medium Flexibility: Offers the perfect balance: it is elastic enough to withstand mechanical shocks but hard enough to support a correct architecture.

Versatility: Works impeccably as a modeling layer in the semi-permanent system, but also as a colorant/strengthener over builder gel structures.

Instructions for Use

Colored and intensely pigmented bases do not have the same adhesion power as transparent ones. To avoid any form of lifting, follow this protocol:

Mechanical Preparation: Finely matte the surface of the natural nail and degrease thoroughly.

Preparation Solutions: Apply Nail Prep (for dehydration) and Bonder (acid-free primer for anchoring), allowing them to air dry.

Adhesion Layer (Mandatory): Apply a transparent base coat (Liquid Base or Rubber Base Clear), brushed very thin and massaged well into the nail. Polymerize completely.

Modeling Layer: Create the architecture (apex) using the Colored Rubber Base.

Avoiding Wrinkling: Due to the massive pigment level, the product absorbs UV light slowly. It is mandatory to use a powerful LED lamp and ensure continuous (uninterrupted) polymerization. Do not remove the hand from the lamp during the first 30 seconds!

Heat Spike: When creating the apex (thicker layer), the polymerization reaction will release heat. Instruct the client to use the Low Heat Mode function of the lamp or to remove the hand at the first sign of discomfort, reintroducing it shortly after.

Removal: This is not a soak-off product; it must be removed exclusively by filing (with an e-file).

Solutions for Common Salon Challenges

Material wrinkling in the lamp: The base comes with a clear polymerization protocol for intensely pigmented shades, preventing the phenomenon of superficial drying (wrinkling).

Cuticle lifting: The formula requires a layered adhesion system, definitively solving the lifting problem frequently associated with colored rubber bases applied directly to the natural nail.

Thick / "Bulky" nails: The low viscosity allows for precise modeling and a fine, elegant apex, avoiding an overloaded appearance.
