Shipping Info
- Processing: Orders placed will be shipped the second day. Orders are confirmed via an email in which you will receive an order number and its summary. Clients are responsible for tracking the order.
- Delivery Time: Orders sent by express courier are delivered within 3-5 working days from the date of shipment.
- Delivery Location: The delivery will be made either to the recipient’s address, or with pickup from the express courier’s headquarters.
- Shipping Costs: Parcel shipping costs vary depending on the delivery area. For international transport, the costs are calculated according to the country and city where the goods are delivered. For orders over 99 euros, shipping is free.
- Stock Availability: All the products displayed on the website are in our internal stock. In completely isolated cases, due to an error, certain products may be sold out—this will be communicated to you by phone or e-mail.
If you wish to make any changes to your order (adding products, deleting products, changing the method of transport, changing the recipient’s data, or the delivery date), please notify us by phone.
