Flexible Colored Semi-Permanent Base (Cover) – For Modeling and Apex, 13ml

This product is a colored semi-permanent base, extremely flexible and specifically created for nail reinforcement and creating the modeling layer (apex). Featuring a low viscosity (fluid texture) and exceptional self-leveling capacity, this base allows technicians to build a correct nail architecture in record time.

Main Benefits

Rapid Self-Leveling: Due to its low viscosity, the material settles quickly and uniformly, facilitating the "no-filing" technique and leaving a perfectly smooth surface.

Application Versatility: An excellent hybrid product. It can be used as a modeling layer in classic semi-permanent polish systems or applied over a gel structure to add extra strength and flexibility.

Flexibility and Strength: Once polymerized, the structure absorbs mechanical shocks, protecting the natural nail against breakage or fissures.

Tinting (Cover Effect): Contains high-quality cosmetic pigments, evening out the nail bed tone—ideal for French manicures, Babyboomer, or as a standalone shade.

Instructions for Use (The "Slip Layer" Technique)

For optimal adhesion and correct modeling, follow this protocol:

Preparation: Matte and dust the nail. Apply preparation solutions (Nail Prep, followed by Bonder).

Adhesion: Apply a thin, brushed-on layer of a transparent adhesion base and polymerize.

Slip Layer: Apply a very thin layer of this colored base over the entire nail surface, without polymerizing.

Modeling (Apex): Take a larger amount (a bead) of the same product, place it in the apex area, and guide it gently over the slip layer to form the nail's architecture.

Polymerization: Place the hand in the UV/LED lamp.

LED Lamp: 90 seconds

UV Lamp: 90–120 seconds

Note on Heat Spike: Due to the rapid polymerization process, this product releases heat in the lamp. Advise the client to remove their hand from the lamp for a few seconds at the first sign of thermal discomfort.

Maintenance and Removal

This product is removed mechanically by filing (using an e-file or manual file). Soaking with remover/acetone solutions is not recommended.
