Apply a thin layer of No Wipe Top Coat. Partial Curing (Critical Step): Place in the UV/LED lamp for 4–30 seconds. Attention: The optimal time varies depending on the power of your lamp. We recommend testing on a nail tip to find the exact second when the top coat is slightly tacky but not wet. Apply the pigment by rubbing with a sponge applicator or your finger (using a glove) until you achieve the mirror/ceramic effect.
