If the pigment looks like grainy/dirty glitter when rubbed: It means you kept the Top Coat in the lamp for too little time (the Top is still too wet). Next time, increase the drying time by 5-10 seconds. If the pigment does not stick at all (slides off the nail): It means you kept the Top Coat in the lamp for too long (the Top has dried completely and become "glassy"). Next time, reduce the drying time by 5-10 seconds. Finding the perfect second (e.g., exactly 12 seconds for your specific lamp) will guarantee an impeccable pearlescent effect every time!
