Professional Support for Pedicure Abrasive Caps (Mandrel) – Universal Size 13x19 mm Streamline your aesthetic and technical pedicure procedures with the YAS Abrasive Cap Support (Mandrel). Calibrated in the ultra-versatile 13x19 mm size, this tool represents the perfect balance between rapid surface coverage (heels) and the precision required for narrower areas (metatarsals, toes). Built to firmly secure single-use abrasive rings, the support guarantees a safe, stable, and hygienic procedure, facilitating the quick removal of thickened skin and calluses. Technical Specifications & Product Architecture: Medium-Universal Size (13x19 mm): Unlike massive variants, this medium format allows for easy access to the curve of the sole, the lateral areas of the foot, and the toe pads, providing superior control to the technician. Strictly compatible with 10x15 mm abrasive rings. Calibrated Safety Speed (7,000 - 10,000 RPM): Operating within this range prevents frictional heating, ensuring efficient abrasion without causing thermal discomfort to the client. Standard Attachment Shank (3/32" - 2.35 mm): The premium stainless steel rod fits into the mandrel of any professional electric drill, featuring perfect centering that eliminates vibrations. Dynamic Grip: The end of the support expands microscopically during rotation, instantly locking the abrasive cap to prevent it from slipping during pressure on the skin. Key Salon Benefits: 2-in-1 Versatility: Ideal for both primary heel cleaning and detailing areas with localized calluses. Maximum Hygiene Standards: Allows for the use of the single-use abrasive ring system, guaranteeing a sterile environment for every individual client. Equipment Protection: Due to its low weight (compared to larger supports), it places significantly less strain on your drill's micromotor. User Guide & Maintenance: Attach the abrasive cap to the support by pushing firmly. Insert the support into the drill, lock the mandrel, and set the speed to a maximum of 10,000 RPM. Work using continuous motions, parallel to the skin. ⚠️ Safety and Maintenance (Pro Tip): 1. Speed Limit: Even though the 10x15 mm size appears smaller, the centrifugal force is still significant! Exceeding the 10,000 RPM threshold will generate an instantaneous burning sensation on the client's sole and will prematurely wear out the drill handle bearings. 2. How to remove a stuck abrasive cap: During the procedure, fine skin dust often mixes with heat, causing the sandpaper ring to "weld" onto the rubber/plastic support. Do not pull it off with cuticle nippers! To remove it easily, take the support out of the drill immediately after finishing the work (while it is still slightly warm) and press its base firmly against the workstation table. The ring will instantly slide upward.
