Abrasive Pedicure Caps (13/19 mm) – Professional Set Grit 80 / 120 / 180 Transform aesthetic pedicures and foot smoothing into a fast, safe, and highly efficient process. These disposable abrasive caps (pedicure hoods) represent the gold standard for salons that prioritize hygiene and flawless results. With a professional 13/19 mm size and a three-step grit system (80, 120, 180), these refills adapt perfectly to any type of thickened skin, from severe calluses to the delicate finishing of cracked heels. Technical Specifications & The Grit System Large Professional Size (13/19 mm): The 13 mm diameter and 19 mm length offer a larger working surface compared to standard caps. They are ideal for covering extended areas of the heel and sole quickly, significantly reducing the total working time for professional pedicures. 80 Grit (Coarse): The "attack" tool. Specifically designed for the rapid removal of hyperkeratosis (very thickened skin), calluses, and severe horny layers on the heels. 120 Grit (Medium): The transition step. Levels the rough skin left after using the 80 grit and is perfect for soles with a moderate degree of skin thickening. 180 Grit (Extra-Fine Finish): The polishing step. Closes skin pores, perfectly smooths the surface, and leaves the heels incredibly soft and velvety, preventing subsequent snagging or cracking. Thermo-Resistant Material: Abrasive granules are fixed onto a durable support that does not disintegrate at high speeds and reduces the sensation of heat (friction) felt by the client. Key Benefits 100% Guaranteed Hygiene: Being single-use, they prevent the transmission of fungal or bacterial infections between clients. Universal Compatibility: They fit perfectly onto standard 13 mm rubber mandrels used with professional e-files. Efficiency in "Dry Pedicures": Excellent for dry pedicure techniques (without prior soaking), saving time and offering long-lasting results. Instructions for Use & Pro Tip Mount the abrasive cap onto the 13 mm rubber support of the e-file. Work on dry skin or skin treated with a keratolytic spray, using medium speeds (10,000 - 15,000 RPM) and continuous smoothing movements without holding the bit in one spot. The Secret to Porcelain Heels (The "Step-Down" Technique): Never use only the 80 grit! If you remove hard skin and leave the surface unfinished, the body will quickly produce more thickened skin as a defense mechanism. Always use the step-by-step technique: clean the coarse layer with 80, level with 120, and MANDATORY SEAL the skin with 180. Only the fine grit (180) closes the micro-fissures of the epidermis, keeping the heels smooth for weeks.
