Seal with a generous layer of Top Coat No Wipe (Glossy) to create a glass/aquarium effect. 2. Mixing Technique (Creating your own textured gel): On a clean palette, place a small amount of Shell Gel. Add a drop of your favorite colored gel polish, builder gel, or polygel. Mix gently with a spatula (without whipping the material too hard to avoid air bubbles).
